and then we went to Papa's for Christmas. My family's Christmas tradition is to spend Christmas Eve together. We all bring something to eat for appetizers, dinner and dessert then rip into the presents for the kids. It is quite fun and also a bit overwhelming for a 16 month old celebrating her first Christmas... But, it was fun to finally have the experience of watching my own child opening amazing gifts very specially selected for her from her aunts, uncles and cousins.
